Late

LATE is a Quest 3 VR prototype set in a post-apocalyptic bunker society struggling with a failing water system. You play as successive residents, replacing a character who repeatedly dies, carrying partial knowledge and consequences forward each time. Progress emerges through repetition, environmental interaction, and accumulated awareness rather than traditional checkpoints or upgrades. The focus is on embodiment, continuity through loss, and how systems remember even when individuals don’t. Art, pacing, and mechanics are early and exploratory.
